  In response to DeAnna Hilson, she did call my office on an IRS tax deadline because she was tired of holding with the IRS for help with her tax question. I told her I offered tax services for a fee, and it wasn't fair to me to take my time to answer her tax question. The IRS offers free advice. She said it was a simple question, and I said I didn't have time with the deadline and paying customers who were waiting. I did hang up because she was preventing me from working and never asked for an appointment. She never once offered to pay. She did call me a second time to tell me I was rude and that she was sure I could answer her question. Again, she did not offer to pay and I did hang up again.
